1. I will only accept payment upfront or after the sketch.2. Once the lineart is finished, I will not issue a refund.3. I won’t work with anyone who is impolite, pushy, or aggressive.4. I can alter/edit the piece during the sketch/coloring phases, but any major alteration that requires a significant redo will cost extra.5. Wait time can be from one day to a few months depending on my available time, complexity of the piece, and your position on the queue.6. My prices can and will fluctuate depending on how I feel my art is worth.7. Please properly credit me on my works. My toyhou.se (zulius) is preferable, but linking this carrd, my ko-fi (zulius), or my artfight (zulius) works as well.8. Adopts and customs acquired from me should not be resold for more than their initial worth without extra art attached.PLEASE, DO NOT
1. Trace, repost, or otherwise steal my artwork.2. Copy, rip-off, or otherwise steal my designs.3. Claim my work as your own
Use or edit my work to represent or promote something harmful or gross.I HAVE THE RIGHT TO
1. Change, edit, and update these terms at any time.2. Refuse or deny any commission without explanation.3. Post any artwork I make on social media/this carrd as an example of my work.
(Please let me know beforehand if you would like for me to not do this with your finished piece).4. Blacklist/ban/block anyone without explanation.
